I have been working with troubled adolescents and adults in varying capacities for over 30 years. I have helped individuals navigate bad choices, feeling misunderstood, and struggling with finding their purpose. This includes working with people in the criminal justice system, whether it is those who have been in trouble or someone involved in a critical incident. Whether one is suffering from depression, anxiety, or working through past events, I believe people can change and I enjoy being a part of that change. I offer an integrative approach to help clients based on their individual needs, utilizing various forms of treatment modalities. It’s about meeting the client where they are.
